Pilates, yoga and meditation classes in our sun lit conservatory studio

Women only classes

Our daily classes are held daily in our natural sun lit studio in a beautiful conservatory surrounded by trees and flowers. 

We offer a variety of classes and workshops for women at all levels and all stages of life, including specialised pregnancy safe yoga and Pilates classes where mothers can bring their babies. 

With only four spaces per class, you can ensure that you are getting the attention and guidance you need to have a safe and effective workout. 

 

For those seeking more personalised support, we also offer private 1:1 sessions and personal training programmes that combine your choice of 1:1 sessions with clinical nutritional therapy and transformational coaching from our in-house registered nutritionist.

1:1 sessions and private groups

Whether you are looking for individual support or would like to practice with family and friends, our private classes can be booked as 1:1 sessions or private groups of up to four people. These sessions are designed so that you can enjoy focused guidance, hands-on support and a calm, welcoming environment for you to move safely, confidently and at your own pace.

Private classes are held in our conservatory studio while personal training and 1:1 reformer Pilates take place in our private gym.
