Our Yoga Flow classes are a dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement into a continuous, flowing sequence. Designed to build strength, flexibility and balance, each session encourages you to move with intention while connecting breath and body throughout. Held in our peaceful, sunlit conservatory, surrounded by trees and flowers, and limited to just four people per class, these small-group sessions offer personalised guidance in a calm and supportive environment. Suitable for all levels, this energising practice combines flowing yoga sequences with mindful movement to improve mobility, build strength, enhance focus and leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted.
