Our Burnout Recovery Coaching is designed for women who feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, emotionally overloaded, or constantly “on.” Through a supportive and practical approach, these sessions help identify the underlying patterns contributing to stress, overthinking and burnout, while creating healthier ways to manage energy, emotions and daily life.
Programmes begin with a full life and energy audit, exploring lifestyle habits, emotional load, hidden stressors and areas of over-responsibility or perfectionism that may be contributing to overwhelm. From there, sessions focus on reducing mental pressure, releasing over-control behaviours, strengthening boundaries, and creating more space and balance within everyday life.
Clients are guided through practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, boundary-setting and sustainable habit change, alongside personalised strategies to support calmer routines and healthier rhythms. The aim is to help women feel more emotionally balanced, mentally clear, and in control of their time, energy and wellbeing - creating a calmer, more sustainable way of living long term.
