Our private gym has been created as a safe, supportive space for women to strength train in complete privacy, free from the intimidation, pressure or self-consciousness that can often come with traditional gym environments.
Equipped with a selection of free weights and a reformer machine, the space is available to book for private drop-in sessions to train either alone, with a friend or personal trainer.

Whether you are new to strength training or looking for more personalised support, our 1:1 personal training sessions help you build confidence using free weights safely and effectively in a private and calm environment.
Strength training is especially important for women as we age, helping to support bone density and maintain muscle mass, while improving mobility, balance and posture.
We also offer private 1:1 sessions in reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and yoga. For those seeking more in-depth support, our bespoke personal training programmes combine your choice of 1:1 sessions with clinical nutritional therapy and transformational coaching from our in-house registered nutritionist.
