Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Wellness & Wilde, classes and private appointments are intentionally limited in order to preserve the atmosphere of the studio.
For this reason, all bookings are considered final once confirmed.
Bookings
All classes, private sessions and events must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your booking, you may reschedule your class or appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
Requests made within 24 hours of the session cannot be accommodated.
Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Classes, appointments or events cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or missed entirely, will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals
To preserve the calm and focused atmosphere of the studio, late arrivals may not be admitted once a class has begun.
Workshops & Events
Workshops, gatherings and special events are non-refundable due to limited capacity and advance preparation.
Studio Changes
In the rare event that Wellness & Wilde must cancel a class or appointment, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive studio credit.
Agreement
By booking a class, private session or event with Wellness & Wilde, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
Monthly Membership Booking & Cancellation Policy
Membership Structure
Monthly memberships at Wellness & Wilde provide access to a set number of classes per week for the duration of the active membership period.
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms below.
Classes must be booked in advance through the studio booking system and are subject to availability.
Class Allocation
Each membership includes a specified number of classes per month.
One class a week - 4 classes per month
Two classes a week - 8 classes per month
Three classes a week - 12 classes per month
Unused classes do not roll over into future months and must be used within the allocated membership period.
Membership access is personal and may not be shared or transferred to another individual.
Booking Classes
Members must reserve classes at least 3 hours in advance due to the intentionally limited nature of our class sizes. If no one has booked into the class within this time, the class will be cancelled.
A confirmed booking reserves a space in the class.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Class bookings made using a membership may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Classes cancelled with sufficient notice will return to the member’s account to be used within the same membership period.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or missed classes, will result in the class being forfeited.
Membership Payments
Membership fees are charged monthly in advance.
All payments are non-refundable once processed.
Membership access continues for the duration of the active billing period.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
Memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods.
Changes to Schedule
Wellness & Wilde reserves the right to adjust class schedules or instructors where necessary.
Where possible, advance notice will be provided.
Agreement
By purchasing a monthly membership, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Wellness & Wilde Booking & Cancellation Policy.
